To help make sure you get enough Vitamin D in your Vegan diet (or non vegan) please see the list compiled below for sources of Vitamin D
- Vitamin D Supplements
- Soy Milk (fortified)
- Mushrooms
- Cereals (fortified)
- Orange juice (fortified)
- Sunlight (30 minutes a day for 3-4 days a week is enough usually)
