Vegan – Vitamin D Sources

To help make sure you get enough Vitamin D in your Vegan diet (or non vegan) please see the list compiled below for sources of Vitamin D

  • Vitamin D Supplements
  • Soy Milk (fortified)
  • Mushrooms
  • Cereals (fortified)
  • Orange juice (fortified)
  • Sunlight (30 minutes a day for 3-4 days a week is enough usually)
