These protein balls are quick, simple and delicious.100 kcal per ballProtein: 5 gCarbohydrate: 12 gFat: 3 gIngredients to make 8 balls:• 80 g gluten-free oats• 75 g dates• 30 g nut butter (we used almond)• 30 g plant protein powder• 50 ml of plant milkMix ingredients in a food processor or by hand in a large bowl.If doing it by hand, make sure to cut the dates into small pieces.Roll into 8 balls and place in the fridge for 30 mins. You can eat them right away if you cannot wait.
