No-bake vegan protein brownies!Serves 4250 kcal per servingProtein: 10.4 gCarbs: 31.1 gFibre: 4.6 gFat: 7.5 gIngredients:• 180 g Medjool dates• 30 g plant protein powder• 2 tbsp cocoa powder• 2 tbsp nut butter (we used almond)• 1 tsp vanilla extract• splash of plant-based milk to bring it togetherPit the dates and add to a food processor. Blitz until broken down.Add the rest of ingredients except the plant milk and mix until it forms a crumb-like consistency.Add a splash of plant milk then process until a ball is formed.Press the ball into a dish lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30 mins or until they firm up.You could also put them in the freezer for quicker results.Cut into 4 squares and ENJOY!
