How to be Innovative – Day 4 – Competitiveness
How do we work out which customers we should target and what our target audience should be?
- Keep your eyes open for customers who face hurdles or have an inability to do whatever it may be that they would like to get done.
Discipline is required to take a look at or think of new markets entirely that do not exist yet.
If successful, then this can pay off into the growth of something excitingly big. It may not always, but it's important to try try and try again.
Successful people stumble too and most never get it right the first time.
- Tasks that you can do include identifying two things that you use every day and compete against other things.
Perhaps you could do it even better? Or maybe
- Gather together some insight of your friends, family, co-workers etc to see what sources they can only rely on. I.e. an expert for or travelling to remote/distant locations.
- Constantly try to think of new ideas that would assist people to do things themselves.
