Thinking of and actioning the kinds of activities described in the past few days training might feel a large task to process, but if you make good use of experimentation it doesn’t have to be. Many of the best innovators, are portrayed as highly experimental. Take Thomas Edison as an example, he was a famous experimenter always altering and tinkering with his ideas, before it becoming the final thing he was happy with.
How can do we know when we have carried out good experiments? The simple answer, is to always be on the lookout for ways in which to run every day simple experiments as you go along.How do we do this?Identify three every day routines that you would consider to be the grounds for your experimentations.Identify two options, Ask yourself what you need to be true for yourself to choose your second option.Which experiments do you think would give you the most valuable information?Take an idea that you have and identify three as possible ways in which you can learn more about the ideas potential
